ADJECTIVES IN SPANISH_all uses and rules

Describing words in Spanish! Hello everyone! Welcome to FMG SPANISH. In this occasion, we are going to learn a very important grammatical rule about adjectives in Spanish. Today, we will talk about the placement of adjective words in spanish in a grammatical sentence. Unlike English, in Spanish, we place the adjective after the noun it modifies. It’s an interesting change that we must keep in mind! For example, in the following sentence: a big house. the adjective: big,  is placed before the noun it is describing. However, in Spanish, we change the order of the adjective and the noun to have a correct syntax. And the sentence would be translated this way. ¨Una casa grande¨ placing the adjective that describes the house after the noun. This change of order of the adjective in Spanish is fundamental in the Spanish language. This rule may be a bit different at first, but with practice, it will become natural for you. If this has been helpful to you, let us know in a comment. And if you’re interested in starting to learn Spanish, I have left a link below so that you to book a trial lesson with us.
